Job Summary
Responsible for managing and leading a sales unit focused on BFSI products. Drive sales through a team of advisors or agents, ensure achievement of targets, and build strong client relationships in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a sales team specialized in BFSI products.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet unit targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support.
- Conduct regular field visits and client meetings.
- Identify market opportunities and competitor activities.
Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of experience in BFSI sales or related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and able to work in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of local market and customer segments is a plus.
