Job Title: Unit Sales Manager – BFSI
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Unit Sales Manager to lead a team of financial advisors/sales executives and drive sales for insurance and financial products. The role focuses on team recruitment, development, and achieving business goals in the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve individual and team performance
- Guide team members in fieldwork, client acquisition, and policy closures
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high service quality
- Conduct regular team reviews, training sessions, and joint field visits
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Report daily activities and sales performance to senior management
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
- 2–5 years of experience in sales (insurance/BFSI preferred)
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Familiarity with local geography and customer base is a plus
