Job Description
We are looking for a driven and goal-oriented Unit Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of sales professionals in the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage a team of sales executives/advisors.
- Provide training, coaching, and motivation to the team to achieve business targets.
- Drive sales activities and ensure achievement of monthly and yearly targets.
- Develop business strategies to expand customer base and increase revenue.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance).
- Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.
- Good communication, leadership, and people management skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
