A unit sales manager is a leader who manages a sales team and is responsible for sales growth and revenue. .
Requirement:
- Graduation in any stream.
- Experience: 2-5 years in Sales.
- Age : 24-38 Year.
- Must be Local.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies and set sales targets
- Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team
- Manage client relationships and build strong relationships with agency partners
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations
- Monitor team performance and achieve revenue targets
- Train and mentor team members to improve their selling skills
- Manage and develop channel partner relationships
- Provide sales distribution related training to channel partners
