Job Description

Unit Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals within a defined business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and performance feedback
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet unit-level targets
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members
  • Drive process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree inany stream.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong analytical skills and market awareness
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
