Job Description
Unit Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals within a defined business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and performance feedback
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet unit-level targets
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members
- Drive process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree inany stream.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
- Strong analytical skills and market awareness
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
