Job Description
Position and duties:
– Help the client with getting out his insurance application at all stages.
-Make specific recommendations for reducing the cost and guide the client through the full method.
-Keep a lid on agent performance to ensure targets are met.
-Establish and implement sales strategies.
-Form and maintain ties with agents.
-Set up assessments of performance for the company.
-Building a solid rapport with the clients.
-Ensuring that clients experience outstanding service and pleasure.
-Create and submit monthly sales reports to top leadership.
-Keeping up with new developments and industry improvements.
Qualifications Candidate:
-At least two years of experience in any field of sales and marketing.
-Qualification- Graduation required
-CTC: Up to 3.8 LPA+ Incentive + Other Benefits
-Age: 21 to 38 years
