Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
– Developing and building relationships with Bank Branch Managers to generate leads.
– Pitching and engaging walk-in clients at the bank, and also doing a Quick Need Analysis.
– Enhancing bank client knowledge of insurance-related products and achieving targeted cross-sell penetration within the branch’s customer base.
– Improve understanding and motivate bank employees to recommend General Insurance offerings to bank customers.
– Verify accordance with the inner procedure for sales and other stated sales and service standards.
Requirement:
– Min 2+ year of experience in Sales & Marketing
– Qualification- Graduation mandatory
– AGE : 21 to 38 Years
CTC- Up To 4.00 LPA+ Incentive + Other Benefit
