Roles and Responsibilities:
-Lead and motivate the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
-Set goals and monitor team performance.
-Develop and implement lead generation strategies.
-Analyze market trends and adjust plans as needed.
-Manage and optimize the sales pipeline.
-Track lead progression and conversion rates.
-Implement and refine sales processes and tools.
-Optimize lead qualification and handling.
-Provide ongoing development and support.
-Prepare reports on team performance and lead results.
-Work with sales, marketing, and other teams.
Candidate Requirement:
1+ year experience any sales field
Education: Graduate
Age: Between 22 to 38 years
