Roles and Responsibilities:
– Manage the day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring smooth service delivery and resolving any issues promptly.
– Track the performance of accounts and services provided, ensuring they align with client expectations and organizational goals.
– Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and account status in the CRM system.
– Handle necessary documentation related to sales, contracts, and client agreements.
– Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure client needs are met.
– Collect and relay client feedback to improve products, services, and processes.
– Keep up with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide informed advice and remain competitive.
– Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
Candidate Requirement:
-Minimum 1 years experience in BFSI and 6 month life insurance.
-Education: Any Graduate.
-Knowledge of insurance products and services.
-AGE : 21 to 38 Years.
