Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

– Supervise and inspire Sales Development Representatives (SDR).

– Establish objectives and monitor team performance.

– Plan and implement lead generation strategy.

– Analyse market trends and adapt plans as necessary.

– Manage and optimise your sales pipeline.

– Track lead advancement and conversion rates.

– Develop and develop sales processes and tools.

– Improve lead qualification and handling.

– Offer continued development and assistance.

– Create reports on team performance and lead results.

– Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and other teams.

Candidate Requirements:

– One or more years of experience in any sales industry.

– Education: Graduate.

– Age: Between 21 to 38 years
