Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with sales leaders to understand the specific competencies and experiences -needed for various sales roles, ensuring a tailored recruitment approach.
- Proactively source candidates using creative methods, and industry associations to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments, employing behavioral and situational questions to gauge candidates’ competencies and cultural fit.
- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, providing regular updates to leadership.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to continuously refine recruitment strategies.
Candidate Requirements :
– Education : Any graduate is qualified.
– Age range : 21 to 38 years old.
– Capable CTC of 4.00 lpa
– Experience : A minimum of one year of field sales experience.
