Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team of agency channel sales representatives.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with local agencies, understanding their needs and challenges.

-Drive sales performance, achieve revenue targets, and analyze sales data to identify opportunities.

-Deeply understand Surat’s market, including its unique cultural nuances, business landscape, and competitive dynamics.

-Ensure the team has a strong understanding of our products and services, and stay updated on industry trends.

 

Candidate requirements :

– 1+ experience in field sales and marketing

– Any graduate or post graduate

– Any local candidates.

– Age : 21 – 38 years.

– Maximum CTC : 4.00 LPA.
