Job Summary:
We are hiring a proactive and result-oriented Unit Sales Officer to drive primary and secondary sales within an assigned territory. This role involves executing sales strategies, expanding distribution, and achieving volume and value targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through channel sales, retail promotions, and secondary sales efforts.
- Handle appointment, onboarding, and performance of distributors, dealers, and retailers in the assigned unit/territory.
- Regularly visit market areas to maintain retailer relationships, expand outlet reach, and collect competitor insights.
- Implement trade promotions, visibility activities, and product launches effectively to boost brand presence.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing strategies, and credit controls in the assigned area.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field for agency and for direct channel minimum 1 year experience in sales + 6 months of experience in BFSI sector.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream)
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
- Required experience certificate or reliving letter from previous organization
