Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Build a strong team and motivate them

-Knowledge of leveraging digital marketing and social media platforms

-Skilled in budgeting and planning

-Ability to develop sales pitches

-Knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing strategies

-Basic understanding of finance and banking related terms

-Knowledge of salesforce tools

-Ability to set, review, and monitor the team goals

-Understanding of agency business and channel management

-Ability to work new technologies

Candidate requirements:

-1+ experience of field sales & marketing of insurance / BFSI

-Any graduate / post graduate

-Any local candidate

-Age :- 21 – 38 years
