Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven Unit Sales Representative to increase sales of insurance products by interacting directly with clients and cultivating a solid agent and customer network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promoting and selling life, health, and general insurance products are among the main duties.
- Meet with potential customers to learn about their insurance requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Organize frequent motivational and training events for the advisor network.
- Assure prompt policy issuing, proposal submission, and follow-up.
- Reach monthly and quarterly sales goals for both individuals and teams.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree
- Two to five years of insurance sales experience
- a strong focus on field sales
- Outstanding communication
- Availability to travel and oversee fieldwork
