We are seeking a highly motivated Unit Sales Representative to drive insurance product sales through direct client interactions and by building a strong network of customers and agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell life, health, and general insurance products.
• Meet prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Conduct regular training and motivation sessions for the advisor network.
• Ensure timely follow-up, proposal submission, and policy issuance.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for individual and team sales.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 2–5 years of experience in insurance sales
• Strong field sales orientation
• Excellent communication
• Willingness to travel and manage field activities
