• Recruit & onboard insurance agents swiftly
• Train, mentor, and manage agency team for performance
• Drive sales and meet monthly/quarterly targets
• Monitor team progress and ensure compliance with IRDAI
• Maintain strong agent relationships and motivation

Requirements:

• Graduate (MBA preferred)
• 2+ years’ experience in insurance agency sales or management
• Strong leadership & communication skills
