We are urgently hiring a results-driven Agency Development Manager (ADM) to lead recruitment, development, and performance of insurance advisors. The role is ideal for candidates with a passion for sales, team building, and achieving targets in a fast-paced BFSI environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard high-performing insurance agents/advisors.
• Drive sales of life insurance products through the agency channel.
• Conduct regular team meetings, motivation sessions, and market activities.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide timely feedback and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong client and advisor relationships to encourage repeat business.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales/insurance/BFSI.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage a field sales team effectively.
• Local candidates preferred.
