Urgent Hiring: Business Development Manager
Location: Kota, Rajasthan
CTC: Up to ₹4.00 LPA (Fixed + Incentives)

Job Summary
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for acquiring new clients, driving insurance product sales, and building strong relationships through direct and channel-based sales activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers through field visits or channels
  • Promote insurance products and achieve sales targets
  • Recruit and manage agents/advisors as needed
  • Maintain daily activity reports and ensure compliance
  • Coordinate with internal teams for policy processing and service

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Local market knowledge is a plus
