Job Summary: 
We are hiring a proactive and ambitious Sales Development Officer to support the growth of our sales pipeline. The SDO will be responsible for identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, and assisting in the conversion process through effective communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential leads
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and field visits
• Schedule appointments or demos for senior sales executives/managers
• Maintain a strong understanding of product features and benefits
• Track and update lead information in the CRM system

Qualifications & Skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections
