💰 CTC: ₹3.00 – ₹3.40 LPA (based on experience + performance incentives)
🎓 Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred)
🕒 Experience: 1–2 years in direct sales (B2C or B2B)

🔹 Job Role:
Drive direct sales of company products/services to customers.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calls, or referrals.
Deliver product presentations and close deals.
Maintain strong follow-up and customer relationship management.
Update sales records in CRM or sales tracking systems.
Report daily activity to the Regional/Area Manager.

🔹 Key Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Negotiation and closing ability
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Local language fluency preferred
Basic tech or CRM knowledge
