Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivational Sales Supervisor to oversee our sales team’s performance, mentor team members, and drive business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and support a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Develop strategies to increase client acquisition and retention.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and report insights to management.
- Manage escalations and ensure high-quality customer service delivery.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Must have completed graduation.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced environment.
