Job Overview:

We are urgently hiring a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead and manage a team of agents in the Agency Channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting agents, driving sales performance, and ensuring achievement of business targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and activate agents to build a productive sales team.
Drive sales of insurance/financial products through agency partners.
Conduct joint field visits and regular performance reviews with agents.
Motivate and guide the team to achieve individual and branch targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory norms.
Submit daily reports, lead conversions, and MIS updates.
Plan and execute local marketing and engagement activities.

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate in any stream .
2+ years of experience in field sales or agency management (Insurance/BFSI preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven and comfortable with field work.
Immediate joiners preferred.
