Job Description

Responsibilites:

• Recruit, Train & Motivate channel sales team achieve sales targets
• Guide channel sales team & introduce clients to them
• Maintain knowledge on all bank product & series & assist to resolve customer queries
• Accountable for sales performance & Productivity of team
• Conduct Training for all the channels & Team on Product, Policy & Market Changes

Qualifications:

• Graduate with 2+ years in team management.
• Strong understanding of Rajasthan market.
• Strong people management skills.
• Bike and DL mandatory.
• Salary up to 3.20 LPA + Benefits
