We’re launching a new agency branch in Arambagh and seeking a BDM to build the sales team from the ground up. If you know the local market and enjoy team building, this is for you.

Responsibilities
Appoint and train insurance advisors
Conduct regular field visits and sales reviews
Support advisors with on-ground sales
Ensure consistent business generation and renewals

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate (mandatory)
2+ year of experience in sales (any industry)
Age: 22 to 38 years
Local area knowledge is a must
