Job Description

Your role is to inspire, coach, and drive sales success while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of advisors to drive sales life.

Key Responsibilities :  

Build strong relationships with advisors and customers.
Sales & Business Development.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Monitor agent performance and provide necessary guidance.
Drive sales performance through motivation and coaching.

Skills & Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1-5 years of experience in sales and Marketing.
The ideal age range is 21–38 years old.
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
