Responsibilities :

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Hire, train, motivate and advise a team of sales representative
Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders
Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling
Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
On-field work to reach the maximum customer

Desired Candidate Profile :

Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in sales and marketing
Age: Minimum 21 Years – Maximum 38 Years
Two-wheelers Wheeler Required
