Job Summary:
We are urgently seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team, and developing strategies to meet aggressive revenue targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve short-term and long-term business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives or representatives.
- Set clear targets and ensure consistent performance across the team.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct and channel sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports for management.
- Conduct training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques within the team.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and closures of high-value deals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales for agency channel and for direct channel minimum 1 year of experience in sales + 6 months of experience in BFSI sector.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate
- Preferred local candidate.
