Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue and growth targets. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage sales executives or representatives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales plans
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Organize regular sales training and skill development sessions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
