Job Summary:
We are urgently hiring a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals and drive revenue through the sale of insurance or financial products. The candidate will be responsible for setting sales goals, recruiting and training team members, managing performance, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives or Advisors.
- Set individual and team targets and ensure their achievement.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Sell insurance or financial products directly and support the team in closing sales.
- Assist in high-value deal closures and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Ensure all sales activities align with organizational policies and ethical standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (Any Field)
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
