Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and manage channel partner relationships
• Drive business through agency/distributor/partner network
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct regular field visits and partner meeting
• Monitor channel performance and resolve issues

Requirements: 

• Strong sales background in BFSI/Insurance.
• Excellent communication and partner management skills
• Ability to handle fieldwork independently

Candidate Profile: 

• Graduate in any stream;
• 2–4years of relevant experience in field sales and team leadership
• Must have handled multiple locations or districts in Rajasthan Strong interpersonal, leadership, and analytical skills
