Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives/Managers across assigned territory
Drive business generation through field sales, channel development, and customer acquisition
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews
Identify new market opportunities and develop localized sales strategies
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Ensure adherence to compliance and process guidelines
Report sales performance and business updates to senior leadership
Candidate Profile:
Graduate with 2-5 years of experience in direct/field sales, preferably in banking, insurance, or financial services
Strong team handling and leadership experience
Excellent communication, sales planning, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales deadlines
Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned region
Strong local market knowledge of Rajasthan preferred
