Job Description
We are urgently looking for a motivated and target-driven Territory Sales Executive to join our sales team and drive business growth in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales targets in the assigned territory through effective planning and execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retailers in the territory.
- Identify and onboard new customers, while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular field visits to understand customer needs, provide solutions, and ensure product availability.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Implement sales promotions and campaigns to increase product visibility and sales.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- 2-5 years of experience in Field sales
- Preferred Local candidate
