Job Description

We are urgently looking for a motivated and target-driven Territory Sales Executive to join our sales team and drive business growth in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets in the assigned territory through effective planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retailers in the territory.
  • Identify and onboard new customers, while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct regular field visits to understand customer needs, provide solutions, and ensure product availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
  • Implement sales promotions and campaigns to increase product visibility and sales.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Field sales
  • Preferred Local candidate
