Job Description
Area Sales Officer to oversee sales operations within a designated geographic region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the assigned area
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform sales tactics
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and promotional activities
- Provide timely feedback and reports to senior management
- Train and support junior sales staff to improve performance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in field sales or sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies accordingly
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
