Key Responsibilities: 
– Recruit and train insurance advisors
– Guide agents to achieve sales targets
– Monitor activity and assist on field visits
– Ensure proper documentation and compliance
– Support local marketing and awareness drives

Eligibility: 
– Bachelor’s degree required
– 2+ years in sales or agency recruitment
– Local area knowledge is a must
– Strong communication and mentoring skills
