Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit high-performing Insurance Advisors
• Guide, train, and support advisors to generate life insurance business
• Drive activation, productivity, and persistency of advisors
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct regular training sessions, joint field visits, and reviews
• Ensure compliance, process adherence, and customer satisfaction
• Build a long-term & productive agency team

Requirement:

• Gaduction mandatory in field.
• 2+ Experience of BFSI Sales
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
