• Managing the life insurance sales through assigned Bank Branches.
• Handling a team of on-roll managers.
• Handle Different branches
• Coordinating between Bank and company from Lead generation to policy conversion.
• Follow up with Operations and Training the Lead Generators of Banks.
• To build mutually beneficial relationships with Bank and help in acquisition of clients.
• Customer Requirement Gathering and Analysis for better product pitching.
• Handling Objections and grievances and providing them with timely solutions.

Who can apply for Banca Insurance?

• Anyone with more than 1+ Years of sales / marketing, Insurance,  BFSI work experience
• Graduation can able to apply for this job.
