Role:
- Create and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to individual sales representatives to improve their sales skills.
- Set clear sales goals for the team, monitor progress, and hold individuals accountable for achieving targets.
- Analyze sales metrics and reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
- Manage the sales budget effectively, allocating resources to support sales activities and maximizing return on investment.
