Job Description

Direct Sales Executives role involves driving sales performance, developing strategies, and ensuring excellent customer engagement to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the direct sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective direct sales strategies.
• Identify new customer segments and business opportunities.
• Monitor team performance and provide training and support.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Preffered Candidate:

• Minimum 2+ year of experience in sales and marketing or BFSI
• Graduation  is Required.
• Preferred local candidate
• Must have own bike and valid Driving Licence
• Ability to Build, Lead and Maintain Team
