Virtual Relationship Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, and expanding our customer base.

Role & responsibilities

• Work on assigned leads (given by Banks) and generate referrals from every visit that’s made to customers.

• Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organisation month-on-month basis.

• Cross sell and up-sell Life Insurance products based on the life cycle needs of the customers and as defined by the organisation.

• Meeting the customers to solicit insurance products based on appointments in the course of daily activities.

• Ensure that a comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done and provide insurance solutions based on analysis.

• Strict adherence to organisations policies and processes.

• Provide accurate forecasts, updates and requested reports to the reporting manager.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in any stream

• Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 + sales and marketing in BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors

• Strong Communications Skills

• Good conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills

• Leadership and team management skills

• Customer-oriented
