Job Role:
The Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) is responsible for managing a portfolio of bank customers through digital and telephonic channels, ensuring strong engagement, cross-selling of banking products, and delivering excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer relationships through calls, video banking, and digital platforms
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
Cross-sell banking products such as savings accounts, deposits, loans, cards, and insurance
Resolve customer queries and provide effective financial solutions
Achieve sales and service targets
Maintain accurate customer data and follow compliance guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline
Experience in banking, relationship management, or customer handling preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with digital tools and virtual interaction
