Job Role:
The Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) will manage customer relationships through digital and telephonic channels, drive insurance sales, and ensure excellent service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions through calls and digital platforms
Manage existing customer portfolio and build long-term relationships
Sell life insurance products through virtual engagement
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Achieve assigned sales targets
Ensure proper documentation and compliance
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation mandatory
Experience in Life Insurance / BFSI preferred
Good communication and convincing skills
Comfortable working on calls and digital platforms
