Role Summary:
The Virtual Relationship Manager is responsible for handling customer interactions through calls or digital platforms, building relationships, and driving life insurance sales and service support.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact existing and new customers through calls or online channels.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Provide policy information, renewal reminders, and service support.
Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Update customer details and sales activities in the system.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any stream.
Min 2 years of experience in Life Insurance Banca Channel
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge required.
