Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by promoting life insurance and mutual funds to high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and retail clients.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of financial consultants or agents to ensure optimal productivity. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and client acquisition.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
- Provide continuous training and support to agents to maximize their sales potential.
- Track and report on sales targets, client engagement, and team performance to senior management.
