Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets for the assigned area.
Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and retailers.
Promote and sell company products within the area.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Ensure timely collections and follow-up on payments.
Submit sales reports and market feedback to management.
Participate in sales promotions and marketing activities.
Visit customers regularly and provide excellent service.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
1-4 years of sales experience (preferred in [industry, e.g., FMCG, Pharma]).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and market understanding.
Willing to travel within the assigned area.
