The Job Role and Responsibilities

Recruitment agent and management of agency channel team members.
To do field Work
Training, motivating and development of team members.
organizing sales visits
demonstrating and presenting products
establishing new business
maintaining accurate records
attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
reviewing sales performance
aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.

Selection Criteria – CTQ’s:
• At least 2 year of sales and marketing experience from any industry with experience letter.
• Two-vehicle required as a person needs to travel to their respected adviser from time to time ⌚.
• Any graduation with proof as this is going to be a full-time job with the company.
• Age limit between 22 years to 40 years.
