Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in a bank’s growth by acquiring new Current Account and Savings Account customers. Responsible for implementing effective sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the bank’s products, the role focuses on achieving sales targets and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Responsibilities:

Acquiring new customers for Current Account and Savings Account products.
Cold calling, emailing, and meeting potential clients.
Understanding customer needs and suggesting appropriate banking solutions.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Cross selling other banking products based on customer needs.
Meeting individual and team sales targets.

Required Qualifications:

Any Graduate.
Experience: Minimum 2 yrs in BFSI.
Age: 21 to 30 years.
