Job Summary:

Assistant Sales Manager’s are key contributors to a financial institution’s success, responsible for actively engaging with customers to promote and sell a variety of banking products and services. Achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to the growth of CASA deposits and cross selling other banking products. Strong communication and sales skills required.

Responsibilities:

Acquiring new customers for Current Account and Savings Account products.
Cold calling, emailing, and meeting potential clients.
Understanding customer needs and suggesting appropriate banking solutions.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Cross selling other banking products based on customer needs.
Meeting individual and team sales targets.

Required Qualifications:

Any Graduate.
Experience: Minimum 2 yrs in BFSI.
Age: 21 to 30 years.
