As a Portfolio Relationship Manager, you will be entrusted with managing and growing a portfolio of High Net Worth clients.
Your primary focus will be on understanding their financial needs, providing personalized banking solutions, and effectively promoting and selling premium banking products.

Department: Branch Banking
Pay Roll: On Roll – Permanent
CTC/Budget: 5.00 LPA to 12.00 LPA + Attractive Incentive + Other Benefits
Qualification: Any Graduation or Post Graduation
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of High Net Worth clients within the branch.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ financial goals and needs.
- Provide customized banking solutions to meet the unique requirements of HNI clients.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
- Promote and sell premium banking products to clients within the portfolio.
- Maximize revenue through effective cross-selling initiatives.
- Cultivate strong and long-lasting relationships with HNI clients.
- Monitor portfolio performance metrics and meet assigned targets.
Candidates Requirements:
- Proven Work Experience of 3 to 8 Years of Core Retail Liability Banking Sales Department/ Investment or Broking domain
- Proven 1 to 4 Years’ experience in portfolio management and HNI client servicing.
- Strong Knowledge of premium banking products and services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
