Job Description

The Agency Business Partner is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with agency partners, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage relationships with agency partners to drive business growth.
  • Support and train agency teams to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with partner needs.

Requirements:

  • graduation is mandatory.
  • 2+ Experience in sales, business development, or agency management.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
