Job Description
The Agency Business Partner is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with agency partners, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with agency partners to drive business growth.
- Support and train agency teams to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with partner needs.
Requirements:
- graduation is mandatory.
- 2+ Experience in sales, business development, or agency management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
